Abstract Electric vehicles (EVs) are without a doubt one of the hottest topics our time because their advantages over combustion engine vehicles. This has persuaded many developers to try improving EVs so they will be more reliable and cheaper as result suitable for broader range consumers. In this paper we dive into proper way measuring understanding impedance prismatic cell from 100 kHz up 1 GHz. Some common measurement mistakes important points notice also explained. The effect power bar is shown well. order make sure accuracy consistency measurements, compared with finite element simulations well mathematical calculations. Investigations conducted emissions key importance since it direct influence on selecting frequency range. Accordingly, thorough lab see distortion harmonics carrier frequency. knowledge can then used implement line communication (PLC) method. PLC technique helps us reduce wire harness battery pack by using existing high-voltage lines vehicle main transmission channel. leads packs reducing amount material production assembly complexity.
